Since the Annuity Exchange produced the market's first comparative annuity portal, whatannuity, back in 2002, the company has gained a reputation for innivotive software developments and processes within the annuity sector providing solutions with the key objective of saving time and increasing income for all parties. Headed by annuity expert Stuart Bayliss, the Annuity Exchange aims to replicate the evolution seen in the insurance sector and take the annuity world into the modern era of technology.

Software development is provided by Ecom – who have been developing xml and web-based solutions for financial services since building “IFAengine” for Bankhall 15 years ago.

The company has established strong links with leading financial advisers annuity direct and financial providers such as Canada Life, Legal and General, Prudential, LV=, Aegon and Aviva.

The Annuity Exchange has also released services such as Annuity Marketing Service, Annuity Quote Service and Annuity Portal Service. These services have been used to create bespoke solutions for institutions such as Annuity Direct, Canada Life and Aon to provide them with comprehensive internal annuity quote generating software.

With the Annuity Exchange quickly gaining recognition in the industry, recent software developments such as the Annuity Health Form and the Annuity Learning Lounge are scheduled for release in the near future. As well as other bespoke developments with various financial advisors and providers.
